Your playdough can last 3-6 months if cared for correctly. We recommend using within the first few months of purchasing for ultimate freshness.

Keep your playdough stored in an airtight container out of direct sunlight as sunlight will discolour some colours (especially blues, purples & pinks).

It also recommended to make sure you have clean hands before playing with your dough and afterwards to prevent any bacteria getting into your dough.

If your dough dries out simply add a small amount of water and/or coconut oil (or vegetable oil - we use coconut oil) and rub it into the dough and knead.

Some folks like to store it in the fridge to help it last longer, just be mindful it will harden, but once it's warmed up it will be good to play!

Flour, salt, cream of tartar, coconut oil, food grade food colours, or natural Ochre.

Contains gluten.

We don't have a gluten free option at the moment as we cannot guarantee it. All our dough is made with wheat flour.

We use Australia Post and are posting from regional Victoria.

Flat rate $10.95AUD for all standard orders under 5kgs. Express post prices calculated by weight at checkout.

We have a 2-3 day make time on most products (check individual product descriptions). Your order will then be posted after this time. Choosing express post doesn't change the make time.

If your order includes a product with a longer make time (i.e Our Mob Dolls) your entire order will be posted in line with the longest make time.

Standard post will take around 3-6 business days and express post 1-3 business days.

We don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, given that your doughs are handmade to order. If you're goods are damaged upon receiving them we will happily offer you a refund or exchange. Notify us by emailing us with images to show us the damage within 10 days of receiving your order. This will help us rectify any of these situations in the future.

Once we have receive your notification and image of the damaged goods we will process your refund right away. This should hit your bank account within 3 business days of processing your refund.
