These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Ochre Dough website and the purchase of products from us.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Pricing & GST

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only and colours or finishes may vary slightly

  • Descriptions may be updated or corrected where errors are identified

If we discover an error relating to a product you have ordered, we will contact you to discuss your options.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order

  • Cancel an order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other reasonable circumstances

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
We do not store or process credit card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes and costs are outlined on our website.

Ownership of goods passes to you once payment is received.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or damaged goods

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe an item is faulty.

Change of mind

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, pre-made playdough products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

For other eligible products, we may offer an exchange (not a refund) for unused items returned within 10 days of purchase, provided that:

  • Proof of purchase is supplied

  • Items are unused and in original condition

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense.

If an exchange is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion (excluding shipping costs).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use this website for personal use only.

You must not:
