Ordering for Early Years Services, Schools and Organisations 🧑‍🏫

Ochre Dough products are designed to bring creativity, learning, and cultural connection to early years services, schools, and community organisations. We want ordering to be as simple and flexible as possible, here’s how it works:

1. Order online directly

You can place your order directly through our website. After checkout, your order confirmation email acts as a tax invoice, so you don’t need to wait for us to send a separate document.

This is the fastest way to get your products and works for both small and larger orders.

2. Ordering via purchase order (PO)

Some organisations prefer to submit a purchase order (PO). If this is your preferred method:

  • Email your PO to admin@ochredough.com.au
  • We’ll issue an invoice for payment
  • Once payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped

This method works well for organisations that have an internal approval or finance process.

3. Accounts (coming soon)

We’re currently exploring account options for schools and organisations, which will allow:

  • Multiple users to place orders under the same accoun
  • Orders to be tracked and managed centrally
  • Invoices to be generated automatically

This will make it even easier for early years services, schools, and community organisations to order regularly without sending multiple emails. We’ll share updates once this is available.
