Who can create an organisation account?

Organisation accounts are available for schools, early learning centres and community organisations who require purchase orders, invoicing and/or bank transfer payment options.

If you’re purchasing on behalf of your service and need structured ordering, this account type is for you.

If you’re purchasing personally with a credit card, you can checkout as usual.

How long does approval take?

We review all organisation account applications manually. Most approvals are processed within 1–2 business days.

You’ll receive an email once your account has been approved and is ready to activate.

What payment options are available?

Organisation accounts can pay by:

  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

You can also enter a Purchase Order (PO) number in the cart before checkout.

Bank transfer details are provided on your invoice once the order is placed.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order required to place an order.

However, organisation accounts automatically receive 15% off orders over $400.

The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Can multiple staff members access one account?

Multiple team members can use your organisation account if needed.

Please note the account is linked to one email address and login, so staff will need to use the same email and password to access it. We recommend keeping these details secure within your service, as we don’t currently offer separate logins for individual staff members.

When are orders dispatched?

Orders are dispatched once payment has been received.

For bank transfer orders, this means once funds have cleared.

Dispatch timeframes may vary during busy periods, however we always aim to process orders as promptly as possible.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

Do organisation accounts receive special pricing?

Organisation accounts automatically receive 15% off orders over $400.

This bulk pricing is designed to support larger orders placed by schools and early learning services.
