Ochre Dough – Wholesale Trading Terms as at 18/04/25

Minimum spend requirement

  • Minimum spend for stockists is $250AUD
  • Please note, minimum spend amounts do not include shipping.

Shipping

  • Shipping Australia wide is based on order size and weight
  • At Ochre Dough we use Australia Post
  • Every effort will be made to complete delivery within a reasonable time but no liability is assured for any loss or damage caused by any delay in delivery.

Payment

  • Payment must be made before your goods are packed and shipped
  • Upon acceptance, we will distribute the stock to you. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

  • We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
  • We do not provide refunds if you are unable to sell the product, and no credits will be permitted.
  • If the goods are faulty or not true to design, then we will then apply a credit or refund for agreed products.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Wholesale discount is 50% on all products (except the Boomerang Cutters which are 40%) on the wholesale website (please note we aren't able to wholesale all Ochre Dough products, what you see here on this website is all that is available to wholesale).
  • Production for wholesale orders commences upon full payment.
  • You are welcome to use our product descriptions and product images (save them directly from the website)
  • Ochre Dough does not provide white-labelling services. Please do not rebrand our products. This includes re-packaging and/or using other brand logos.
  • Please do not pre-sell Ochre Dough products that have not been ordered or paid for. This includes advertising on socials and email lists - unless otherwise agreed to by Ochre Dough.
  • All designs belong to Ochre Dough and are protected under copyright law.
